We believe it is critical for students to get a comprehensive view of consulting from the beginning. In fact, Veris was one of the first firms in the industry to offer rotation-based externships.

We are particularly proud to hold our annual externship program each May, which provides hands-on professional experience to students. During the program, you will spend several days with our firm rotating through our practice areas and getting to know the people and culture of Veris.

An externship with Veris is a rotation-based experience that exposes you to our diverse accounting and consulting opportunities over two to three days. Externs participate in training and technical sessions presented by our staff and perform real consulting and accounting rotations within our practice groups. Through rotations, you will gain clarity about what a Consultant does and where your interests lie. You will also gain valuable insight about Veris’ firm culture and why it may be the firm for you.

Our Rotational Externship Program is designed for accounting and finance students with two summers remaining prior to their final graduation date.

Our 2013 Summer Externship will be held on May 14 & 15, 2013 in our Reston, Virginia headquarters.

On-campus interviews for this program will be held in Spring 2013. Candidates intending to interview on-campus must complete a two-step process:

1. Apply now through Veris’ online application. You are encouraged to complete this brief but necessary step as soon as possible.
   
   
2. Candidates must also apply to interview with us on-campus this Spring by submitting your resume through your school’s online campus recruiting system. Visit www.verisconsulting.com/campusdates to locate the date when we’ll be at your school and the related deadlines for our job posting and on-campus interviews. If we do not recruit at your school directly, you do not need to complete this step.
